Plan for Today ( 6/14/09)

105 cal breakfast - Special K Red Berries and Milk and 1 glass water 

80 cal snack ( yogurt)

35 cal snack ( carrots, 1 cup)

Lunch 100 cal scrambled egg with 1 piece bread - 180

Dinner- 100 cal salad. 

Snack - 50 cal 1/2 apple

= 550 calories today.

Exercise:                            

 200 jumping jacks 
200 sqauts 
100 situps 
200 biycyles 
running 3.14 miles 
100 leg lifts each side
