exersising

Hey girlies and guyss <3
I ran 2 miles today and walked 1 mile. Tommrow ill do better. Ill run 1.5 miles in the am. In the afternoon. Ill ran 1.5 miles again and in the evening ill run two miles. Total of 5 miles a day which is good. Im planning a fast so if you have any ideas comment me. If you wanna talk leave me a comment and ill give you my e-mail. 

Tommrows food plan::

11 am - 1/2 of tea mixed with seltzer = 0 cals
12- run 1.5 miles
1pm - Drink rest of seltzer tea
2pm - 80 calorie yogurt
3pm - Go out with friends/shopping
4pm - run 1.5 miles ( have vitamins 10 cals)
5pm - distract self
6pm - cereal with milk - 160 cal
7pm - make more selter tea
8pm- run two miles
9pm - fruit ( 3o-70 cals)

total calorie intake -  320- 280
